By using SendTomo, you agree to these simple terms. SendTomo is a free, peer-to-peer file transfer tool provided as-is, without warranty. This page explains your responsibilities and the limits of the service in plain language.

Free use. SendTomo is completely free for personal and business use. There is no account, no subscription, and no upload quota. You may use it to transfer your own files between your own devices, or to share files with people you choose.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for the files you transfer and for making sure you have the right to share them. You agree not to use SendTomo to distribute content that is illegal, infringes someone else intellectual property, or violates applicable law. Because transfers are peer-to-peer, only the two connected devices can see the files.

No warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where local law does not allow excluding certain warranties, those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes. We may update this tool and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you have questions about these terms, open an issue on the project repository.
